About me

This is the very first chair I repaired. It started when I was laid up and a friend had this nice chair that needed some attention and care. It was a 92 hole chair which I have since learned is tough for the best of them, not a good one for a beginner. It took me three times to get that chair perfect, but it got me hooked on rattan weaving and repair of all kinds. The picture in my logo is the finished seat.

There are pictures throughout the site of finished pieces and also some showing some of the processes. I am always looking for a challenge.
